Julie has been absolutely amazing to us at the company I work for. We have a points-based system for idea generation, safety concerns, and recognizing your co-workers for good deeds or value creation, and we can use these points to spend on company clothing and other neat items through this store. I have been saving my points for a long time because there was a beautiful, quilted jacket I had my eye on, in a gorgeous oatmeal heather color. I loved it and the cut of it. Unfortunately, I go between sizes (L and XL) so after finding the manufacturer of the coat's size guide and reviewing it, I close XL. Well to say the least, that was the wrong choice, of course, too large! I didn't know if Julie at this company has any sort of exchange or return policy, I figured I would just reach out and email, what was the harm in trying? I was asking but not expecting anything from her, rightfully so, as it is embroidered from my personal company, not just a blank jacket. Julie emails me back and tells me they don't generally do returns or exchanges, but in this situation, she will just send me a size L and to give the XL to a friend. Who does that anymore?? That was pure generosity and honestly, it just isn't seen anymore. It was honestly stunned! And she got it to me within a week; I just got it today. How amazing is that for customer service? That spoke largely to the character of your company and to you, Julie. Thank you very much for all you do!

Julie is awesome to work with. Her customer service is top notch. She goes out of her way to make sure we are completely satisfied with our orders. We can't recommend her enough whenever asked who provides our company shirts, coats & hats. Her ideas and wealth of experience is unbeatable. She comes up with some really great ideas for anything we ask for from customer thank you's, holiday gifts, to employee wear! You ask her and she'll find exactly what makes you happy!!! We have worked with her for 10 years and would not think of looking elsewhere.

I have worked with Julie at New Hype Solutions for six years. I have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered from her. We were planning our team banquet and we realized at the last minute that we had no gifts for our graduating seniors. I talked to Julie and she went out of her way to get us what we needed before the banquet. There are many options for ordering embroidered apparel, but I believe that no one else would give me the personalized service that Julie does!

I was tasked, at the last minute, with representing the state at a conference. I had absolutely no clothing which identified me as a state employee. I place an order at C.O.B. Thursday and was wearing clothing with my department's patch/logo on it on Monday at 4pm. Julie OFFERED to go the extra mile, was enthusiastic, provided excellent customer service, was extraordinarily responsive, and covered every base. This (pointing at you, Julie :) is what professionalism looks like.
